Rainbow Tutoring

Rainbow TutoringRainbow tutoring, or empathic teaching, is an expression of love to the learner. Rainbow tutoring may be done alone in person or in the home, or by using video chatting and/or email. This technique is not about teacher-student communication but rather one of help to another. It can include self-help that is based on positive communication and interpersonal skills, but it can also involve a structured educational environment. The learning environment will vary with the personality of the learner, their age, and their ability to learn. Empathic teaching works best when the learner is feeling strong emotion. Allowing the person to be vulnerable and expressing their feelings will allow them to reflect more on the material being taught, and thereby learn faster.Rainbow tutoring starts with very basic skills and moves up the learning scale. First, the learner should feel comfortable in their own skin, emotionally. This helps them to focus their attention on the material bein g taught. Next, the teacher must show the learner that they are important, even when the learner is at a low emotional state. Next, the teacher must show the learner that they have some value, even when the learner does not have enough time to ask for attention. The educator should do this in such a way that it does not place any pressure on the student, and it does not place any pressure on the teacher or student, to be any more desirable or to participate in any possible social role. The process is meant to be one that encourages the learner to experience the warmth of a warm loving relationship with the teacher, and the warmth of a supportive and understanding community. It allows the learner to expand their emotional range, to grow in their personal growth, and to make lasting connections with others, to help them with life's challenges and to allow them to get help from others, when they need it. Rainbow tutoring isabout giving the learners access to the same emotional stability that other adults use in their lives.A positive relationship between teacher and student, and one that allows the learner to keep abreast of the latest information that can be of assistance to them in their lives, is a necessary condition for emotional stability. Learning requires the ability to grow, to go beyond the level of comprehension that you may have initially gained, and to take advantage of opportunities presented by the teaching process. Empathic teaching takes these moments of growth and puts them into context. When the learners feel supported by the environment, they will know that they can step outside of themselves and reach out to others. When the learner is an infant, for example, the Rainbow teacher can do things that will make them feel safe, in a loving environment. The teacher can teach them to co-operate with a new caregiver. He/she can teach them to give away their needs and to accept care. The lesson can be 'Don't leave me, even when I am in pain.' This proce ss continues throughout the child's development, until the child reaches adulthood, when the Rainbow teacher has made the journey. While Rainbow tutoring, the curriculum can move from one activity to another. These activities are designed to be very fun and easy to get into. The goal is to encourage children to ask questions, which will lead to increased levels of understanding. As the child progresses, the Rainbow tutor can move on to more complex, less fun-filled tasks, which will also help the student gain a deeper understanding of what is going on in the lesson.Rainbow tutoring can be an excellent choice for people who want to make a difference in their own lives, and who want to be part of the caring community. It is an opportunity to bring a new life-style and a new way of thinking into the family, or to share lessons with childrenin a controlled, nurturing environment.
